Stormie Studios is the trading name of Storm Kolmodin, a sole trader (enskild firma) based in Stockholm, Sweden. These terms apply to any website project, e-commerce build, or ongoing hosting/maintenance agreement between Stormie Studios and a client.
Every project starts with a written proposal or quote describing what's included: pages, features, integrations, and any assumptions about content. Work outside that scope, requested after the project has started, is treated as additional work and quoted separately before it begins.
Any delivery estimate given is exactly that, an estimate. Actual timelines depend on the size of the project, how quickly the client provides text, images, and feedback, and whether third-party services (payment providers, CMS platforms, domain registrars) respond promptly. Delays caused by missing content or slow feedback are not considered a breach of these terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are invoiced as a deposit before work begins and a final payment on completion, before the site is connected to the client's live domain. Ongoing hosting or maintenance is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time with notice, as described under Ownership below.
A reasonable number of revision rounds are included as part of the agreed scope. Requests that go significantly beyond the original brief, or that arrive after the project has been marked complete, are treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
Your domain is always registered in your own name, never Stormie Studios'. Your content, brand assets, and copy are yours. Stormie Studios retains ownership of the website's underlying source code and build system, both during and after the project, this is the case whether the project is ongoing or complete. What you're purchasing is a fully built, professionally maintained website, not the code behind it. What happens if this relationship ends is set out under Termination and Website Export below.
Content, images, and any third-party accounts needed to run the site (CMS, booking systems, payment providers, analytics) are set up in the client's own name and remain the client's property.
Some projects rely on third-party platforms, for example Shopify, Stripe, Sanity, or Formspree. Any subscription costs, transaction fees, or usage limits set by those platforms are the client's responsibility and are separate from Stormie Studios' own fees.
Stormie Studios will deliver work with reasonable care and skill, but is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or issues caused by third-party services outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Either party may end an ongoing hosting or maintenance agreement with written notice. Ending maintenance does not affect the client's ownership of their domain or content, as set out above.
If the hosting or maintenance agreement ends, Stormie Studios may provide the client with a static export of the publicly accessible website as it exists at the time of termination.
The static export is a snapshot of the rendered website and does not include Stormie Studios' source repository, development environment, deployment pipeline, CMS configuration, hosting infrastructure, automation, or other proprietary systems.
Dynamic functionality and third-party services, including content-management connections, forms, schedules, calendar feeds, notifications, databases, APIs and similar integrations, may not continue to function outside the managed Stormie Studios environment.
The client may use the exported files as a reference or starting point when arranging alternative hosting or development, but continuation of the full website functionality may require redevelopment or reconfiguration by another provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled by a Swedish court of competent jurisdiction.

Stormie Studios är verksamhetsnamnet för Storm Kolmodin, enskild firma baserad i Stockholm. Dessa villkor gäller för alla webbprojekt, e-handelsbyggen eller löpande hosting-/underhållsavtal mellan Stormie Studios och en kund.
Varje projekt inleds med ett skriftligt förslag eller offert som beskriver vad som ingår: sidor, funktioner, integrationer och eventuella antaganden om innehåll. Arbete utanför den omfattningen, som begärs efter att projektet påbörjats, behandlas som tilläggsarbete och offereras separat innan det påbörjas.
Angivna leveranstider är uppskattningar. Den faktiska tidsplanen beror på projektets omfattning, hur snabbt kunden tillhandahåller text, bilder och feedback, samt hur snabbt tredjepartstjänster (betalningsleverantörer, CMS-plattformar, domänleverantörer) svarar. Förseningar orsakade av saknat material eller sen feedback räknas inte som ett avtalsbrott.
Om inget annat avtalats skriftligen faktureras projekt med en handpenning innan arbetet påbörjas och en slutbetalning vid färdigställande, innan sajten kopplas till kundens egen live-domän. Löpande hosting eller underhåll faktureras månadsvis i förskott och kan sägas upp när som helst med uppsägningstid, enligt vad som beskrivs under Ägande nedan.
Ett rimligt antal ändringsrundor ingår i den avtalade omfattningen. Önskemål som avsevärt går utöver den ursprungliga briefen, eller som kommer in efter att projektet markerats som klart, behandlas som nytt arbete och offereras separat.
Din domän registreras alltid i ditt eget namn, aldrig Stormie Studios. Ditt innehåll, dina varumärkestillgångar och din text tillhör dig. Stormie Studios behåller äganderätten till webbplatsens underliggande källkod och byggsystem, både under och efter projektet, oavsett om projektet pågår eller är avslutat. Det du köper är en färdigbyggd, professionellt förvaltad webbplats, inte koden bakom den. Vad som gäller om samarbetet avslutas beskrivs under Uppsägning och export av webbplatsen nedan.
Innehåll, bilder och eventuella tredjepartskonton som behövs för att driva sajten (CMS, bokningssystem, betalningsleverantörer, analysverktyg) sätts upp i kundens eget namn och förblir kundens egendom.
Vissa projekt bygger på tredjepartsplattformar, till exempel Shopify, Stripe, Sanity eller Formspree. Eventuella prenumerationskostnader, transaktionsavgifter eller användningsgränser som dessa plattformar sätter är kundens ansvar och separata från Stormie Studios egna arvoden.
Stormie Studios utför arbetet med rimlig omsorg och skicklighet, men ansvarar inte för indirekta förluster, utebliven intäkt, eller problem orsakade av tredjepartstjänster utanför sin kontroll. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar ansvar där det inte kan begränsas enligt svensk lag.
Endera part kan avsluta ett löpande hosting- eller underhållsavtal med skriftlig uppsägning. Att avsluta underhållet påverkar inte kundens äganderätt till sin domän eller sitt innehåll enligt ovan.
Om hosting- eller underhållsavtalet avslutas kan Stormie Studios tillhandahålla kunden en statisk export av den publikt tillgängliga webbplatsen så som den ser ut vid tidpunkten för uppsägningen.
Den statiska exporten är en ögonblicksbild av den renderade webbplatsen och inkluderar inte Stormie Studios källkodsrepo, utvecklingsmiljö, driftsättningspipeline, CMS-konfiguration, hostinginfrastruktur, automatisering eller andra egna system.
Dynamisk funktionalitet och tredjepartstjänster, inklusive kopplingar till innehållshantering, formulär, scheman, kalenderflöden, aviseringar, databaser, API:er och liknande integrationer, kan sluta fungera utanför Stormie Studios förvaltade miljö.
Kunden får använda de exporterade filerna som referens eller utgångspunkt vid ordnande av alternativ hosting eller utveckling, men för att webbplatsens fulla funktionalitet ska fortsätta kan det krävas ny utveckling eller omkonfigurering av en annan leverantör.
Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag. Eventuell tvist som inte kan lösas direkt hanteras av svensk domstol med behörighet i frågan.
